RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1107
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2014
FREIGHTLINER M2-106 CHASSIS AND AMBULANCE
MODULE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-1106, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of One (1) 2014 Freightliner M2-106 Chassis and
Ambulance Module, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
November 19, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2012.
