RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1110
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013
RIVERVIEW RECREATION AREA RESTROOM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y. 2013
Riverview Recreation Area Restroom, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. in conjunction with the F.Y. 2013 Riverview Recreation
Area Restroom, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution
No. 2012-1085 on November 5, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
November 19, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the F.Y.
2013 Riverview Recreation Area Restroom, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2012.
