RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1113
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES
(NO REGULATED ASBESTOS -CONTAINING MATERIALS)
FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1029 SOUTH STREET,
616-618 WEST 9TH STREET, 1135 MAGNOLIA PARKWAY
AND 506 REED STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-1112, Request for Proposal
document, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with Demolition and Site Clearance Services (no
regulated asbestos -containing materials) for properties located
at 1029 South Street, 616-619 West 9th Street, 1135 Magnolia
Parkway and 506 Reed Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing
on November 19, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2012.
