A copy of the asbestos inspection report(s) will be provided to assist with this walk through. If any sampled or suspected asbestos containing materials are located, it is the responsibility of the demolition contract to notify the City prior to start of the demolition process. If concealed asbestos is located during the demolition, then the demolition contractor must stop work immediately and notify the City. Failure to comply with the above will make the demolition contractor responsible for any additional cost for asbestos abatement.
