RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1118
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO MURPHY TRACTOR & EQUIPMENT CO. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
RENTAL OF THREE (3) MOTOR GRADERS TO SUPPORT
SNOW OPERATIONS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $54,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co. of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $54,000.00, in conjunction with the Rental
of Three (3) Motor Graders to Support Snow Operations described
in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
rental with Resolution No. 2012-1043, after public hearing on
October 22, 2012 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2012.
