RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1127 RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF MWF PROPERTIES, TO REZONE FROM "M-2" HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO "R -3,R -P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT APPROXIMATELY 5.8 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED AT 907 RICKER STREET, AS DECEMBER 3, 2012, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING. WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd day of December, 2012, for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of MWF Properties to rezone from "M-2" Heavy Industrial District to "R -3,R -P" Planned Residence District approximately 5.8 acres of land generally located at 907 Ricker Street, and legally described as follows: Parcel "E" of Plat of Survey filed June 14, 2005 in Doc. #2005-29043 being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
