RESOLUTION NO. 2025-477 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY VJ ENGINEERING ON BEHALF OF 3 STOOGES, LLC FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF MARTIN ROAD SUBDIVISION, A 3-LOT INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION IN THE "M-2-P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT LOCATED AT 1330-1350 MARTIN ROAD. WHEREAS VJ Engineering, on behalf of 3 Stooges, LLC, has submitted a request for approval of the Final Plat of the Martin Road Subdivision, proposed to be developed as a 3-lot industrial subdivision; and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is situated in the "M-2-P" Planned Industrial District and is located at 1330-1350 Martin Road; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed and approved by the City's Planning and Zoning Commission and conforms with the requirements set forth by the City's zoning ordinances and subdivision regulations; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to approve the Final Plat to support industrial development and economic growth within this district. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that: 1. The Final Plat of the Martin Road Subdivision, a 3-lot subdivision located at 1330- 1350 Martin Road, is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August 2025.
