RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1008
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RENTAL OF THREE (3)
MOTOR GRADERS TO SUPPORT SNOW OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Rental of Three
(3) Motor Graders to Support Snow Operations, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc., in conjunction with the Rental of Three (3) Motor Graders
to Support Snow Operations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed

preliminarily approved as filed.
