RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
2014 FREIGHTLINER M2-106 CHASSIS AND
AMBULANCE MODULE.
WHEREAS, the City Council
heretofore instructed the Chief
prepare proposed specifications,
estimate of cost, etc., in conj

City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
of Fire Services of said City to
bid document, form of contract,

WHEREAS, said Chief of Fire Services did file said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of One (1) 2014
Freightliner M2-106 Chassis and Ambulance Module.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of One (1) 2014 Freightliner M2-106 Chassis and Ambulance
Module, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October, 2012.
