RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1019
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH ASBESTOS REMOVAL FOR 523 DAWSON STREET,
311 ADAMS STREET, 426 ADAMS STREET AND 425
ALMOND STREET, CONTRACT NO. 141 -AR -10 -22 -12 -
NSP.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-1018, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with
Asbestos Removal for 523 Dawson Street, 311 Adams Street, 426
Adams Street and 425 Almond Street, Contract No. 141 -AR -10 -22 -12 -
NSP, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the public hearing on October 15,
2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 2012.
