RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1020
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPERTY EXCHANGE
AGREEMENT WITH ANDREW W. LUSSON AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Property Exchange Agreement dated October 15, 2012, for
the exchange of land owned by the City of Waterloo on Airline
Highway and land owned by Mr. Lusson on WCF&N Road (Paintball
site), legally described as follows:
Citv Pronert
Parcel "F" of Plat of Survey filed in Doc. No. 2009-
19630, being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section
3, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Lusson Property
That part of the Northeast Quarter (NES) of Section Ten
(10), Township Eighty-nine North (T89N), Range Thirteen
West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows: The
South One-half (S1-�) of the Southwest Quarter (SWC) of
the Southwest Quarter (SWC) of the Southwest (SWC) of
said Northeast Quarter (NES) except the West 105 feet
thereof;
by and between Andrew W. Lusson of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 2012.
