Don Gardner Construction will furnish labor and materials far:
' At the skywaik between the hotel and convention center.
' Protect existing carpet Flooring with 6mtl platic sheathing during construction.
Demolish and remove existing drywall ceiling and framing to the deck.
' Removal of existing light fixtures.
Remove existing sprinkler line, reroute new 1.5" branch line along East wall and install new bronze upright sprinkler heads.
" Primo and paint deck structure at the ceiling flat black.
Furnish and install ten 4'vandal resistant LED light fixtures (enclosed),
' Furnish and install two combo exit/emergency lights. reuse lighting controls.
' Clean up and haul away.
' Permit and inspections.
flernate #1: To have ten 4' LED strip lights in lieu of vandal resistant fixtures (enclosed). Deduct $3.400.00 from the base bid.
