RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1023
RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2.3(1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, FOR
SOUTH PORT 2ND ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 2.3(1) Final Plat Submittal, for South Port
2nd Addition, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 2012.
