RESOLUTION NO. 2025-528
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND
AUTHORIZING PROCEEDINGS IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES,
CONTRACT NO. D-2025-08-01P.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo is undertaking Demolition and Site Clearance Services
to remove unsafe and obsolete structures, thereby improving community safety and urban
renewal under Contract No. D-2025-08-01P; and
WHEREAS, detailed plans, specifications, and a form of contract have been prepared to
ensure comprehensive and compliant execution of these services; and
WHEREAS, these documents have been reviewed and confirmed to meet all municipal,
state, and federal requirements for such projects; and
WHEREAS, public notifications have been made, and any required public consultations
or hearings have been conducted to gather input and conform with statutory obligations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. That the plans, specifications, and form of contract for Demolition and Site Clearance
Services under Contract No. D-2025-08-01P are hereby approved and confirmed.
