RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1037
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH STICK BROTHERS, L.L.C. OF HUDSON, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated October 22, 2012, for the
sale and conveyance of approximately 13 acres of city -owned
property generally located along the west side of Northeast
Drive, south of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and just south of
the railroad tracks for $1.00, plus costs, for the purpose of a
rubble deposit and rock crushing operations, by and between Stick
Brothers, L.L.C. of Hudson, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
