TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 6
day of October 2025, at 5:30 p.m., In
the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers
in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, a public hearing will be held by
the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, to authorize the sale and con-
veyance of a portion of the property
to the southwest of 3211 Titan Trail:
to Xcel Electric LLC, in the amount
of $1.00, for the construction of a
4.000 square foot building, including
a Development Agreement, legally
described as follows:
The northeasterly 110 feet, in even
width, of Lot 4: Greenbelt Centre Plat
No.7, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County. lower
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
