RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1042
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-1041, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Wireless
Communication Services, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
October 22, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said wireless
communication services proceed in accordance with said
specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October, 2012.
