RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1045
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2012
CHAUTAUQUA PARK CURB REPAIR, CONTRACT NO.
828.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., for the
F.Y. 2012 Chautauqua Park Curb Repair, Contract No. 828, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2012
Chautauqua Park Curb Repair, Contract No. 828, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-1010 on October 8,
2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
October 22, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2012 Chautauqua Park Curb Repair,
Contract No. 828, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October, 2012.
