RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERLOO CONVENTION AND
VISITORS BUREAU BOARD RECOMMENDATIONS FOR
FUNDING THE CEDAR VALLEY PRIDEFEST'S REQUEST
FOR A HOTEL/MOTEL MINI -GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the recommendations from the Waterloo Convention and
Visitors Bureau Board for funding the Cedar Valley PrideFest's
request for a hotel/motel mini -grant, in the amount of $2,190.00,
to be used for marketing, entertainment and logistics for the 13t
Annual Cedar Valley PrideFest held August 18, 2012, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October, 2012.
