RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1055
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSENT TO MORTGAGE TO
WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONSENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Consent to Mortgage dated October 22, 2012, for Waterloo
Development Corporation to grant a mortgage to US Bank, N.A. to
secure funding provided by said bank for the Cedar Valley
Sportsplex Project, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day o October, 2012.
