RESOLUTION NO. 2016-440
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF NOT TO EXCEED
$474,500 IN MARTIN ROAD URBAN RENEWAL AREA
FINANCING FUNDS FOR AN ECOMONIC DEVELOPMENT
GRANT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the use of Martin Road Urban Renewal Area Financing funds for an economic development
grant for the construction of a building, in an amount not to exceed $474,500, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 2016.
