RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF NOT TO EXCEED
$20,000 IN MIDPORT URBAN RENEWAL AREA TAX
INCREMENT FINANCING FUNDS FOR SERVICES RELATED
TO THE MERGER OF THE MIDPORT AND LOGAN TAX
INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the use of MidPort Urban Renewal Area Tax Increment Financing funds for services related to
the merger of the MidPort and Logan Tax Increment Financing Districts, in an amount not to
exceed $20,000, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 2016.
