RESOLUTION NO. 2025-570
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH AECOM, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $44,600.00 FOR
CONSTRUCTION -RELATED SERVICES, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2026 WINN STREET SANITARY SEWER,
CONTRACT NO. 1134, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City Council of Waterloo, Iowa, has previously entered into a
Professional Services Agreement with AECOM, Inc. for the design and management of
infrastructure projects; and
WHEREAS, construction -related services are required to ensure the successful
completion of Contract No. 1134 regarding the FY 2026 Winn Street Sanitary Sewer project; and
WHEREAS, AECOM, Inc., based in Waterloo, Iowa, provides the necessary expertise
and experience for such services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The City Council approves Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the existing Professional
Services Agreement with AECOM, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $44,600.00 for construction -
related services associated with the FY 2026 Winn Street Sanitary Sewer, Contract No. 1134.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
