RESOLUTION NO. 2025-542
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS OF THE
MUSTEDAN 1ST ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a condition precedent to the final
approval of Mustedan 1st Addition, namely the installation of sanitary sewer, and
WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in substantial conformance with the
construction plans, standards and requirements of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the improvements for Mustedan 1st addition, be and the same are hereby
accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th day of October 2025.
