RESOLUTION NO. 2025-556
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE FY 2026 WINN STREET SANITARY SEWER,
CONTRACT NO. 1134.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo has developed plans, specifications, and a form of
contract for the FY 2026 Winn Street Sanitary Sewer, Contract No. 1134; and
WHEREAS, these plans and specifications are designed to enhance the sanitary sewer
infrastructure, ensuring improved sanitation and service reliability for the citizens of Waterloo;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to confirm approval of these documents and authorize
proceeding with the execution of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The plans, specifications, and form of contract for the FY 2026 Winn Street Sanitary
Sewer, Contract No. 1134, are hereby approved.
3. The project is crucial for maintaining public health standards and enhancing the City's
sewer infrastructure.
2. Authorization is granted to proceed with bidding, contracting, and execution of the
project in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
