RESOLUTION NO. 2025-566
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT
NO. 2 IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $25,000.00, FOR
AECOM TECHINCAL SERVICES, INC. TO PERFORM ON -
CALL PLANNING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Regional Airport requires ongoing planning and engineering
services to support its development and operational efficiency; and
WHEREAS, AECOM Technical Services, Inc. has been providing these essential
services, demonstrating expertise and reliability; and
WHEREAS, Supplement Agreement No. 2 outlines the continuation of on -call planning
and engineering services, with compensation not to exceed $25,000.00, to address current and
future airport needs; and
WHEREAS, it is in the City's interest to approve this agreement to maintain and enhance
airport infrastructure and services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. Supplement Agreement No. 2 with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., for an amount
not to exceed $25,000.00, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
