Mission Statement
Let Love Lead Iowa empowers individuals to overcome barriers to housing by addressing
root challenges and fostering lasting stability.We believe that housing security begins with
healing,growth,and holistic support.
Vision Statement
A community where every person has access to stable housing,emotional wellness,and the
tools to rebuild their lives with purpose and independence.
Programs&Services
Our programs are designed to heal,educate,and empower:
• Coping Skills Development-Teaching emotional resilience and self-regulation.
• Goal Setting&Motivation-Helping individuals identify and achieve personal and
professional goals.
• Mental Health&Trauma Recovery-Promoting healing and emotional growth.
• Healthy Relationships-Encouraging communication,trust,and boundaries.
• Financial Literacy-Building budgeting and money management skills.
• Employment Readiness-Supporting job preparation and long-term stability.
We currently partner with Guided Steps LLC,a local transitional housing provider,to bring
these services directly to individuals who are currently unhoused or close to becoming
unhoused.
Community Impact&Collaboration
Let Love Lead Iowa is committed to working alongside city leaders,service providers,and
community organizations to address the root causes of homelessness.Together,we can
guide individuals from instability toward sustainable housing,meaningful employment,and
renewed hope.
