RESOLUTION NO. 2012-964
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013
WPCF BAR SCREEN HEATER REPLACEMENT, CONTRACT
NO. 839.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2013 WPCF Bar Screen Heater Replacement, Contract No. 839,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the F.Y.
2013 WPCF Bar Screen Heater Replacement, Contract No. 839, which
were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-897 on
September 4, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
October 1, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the F.Y.
2013 WPCF Bar Screen Heater Replacement, Contract No. 839, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 2012.
