RESOLUTION NO. 2012-972
RESOLUTION APPROVING END USER LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH TRAVIS SYSTEMS, INC. OF CEDAR
RAPIDS, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the End User License Agreement dated October 1, 2012, in the
amount of $18,750.00, for Community Development software, by and
between Travis Systems, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of October, 2012.
