RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
PROPOSED PROPERTY EXCHANGE AGREEMENT WITH
ANDREW W. LUSSON FOR THE EXCHANGE OF LAND
OWNED BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO ON AIRLINE
HIGHWAY AND LAND OWNED BY MR. LUSSON ON WCF&N
ROAD (PAINTBALL SITE), AS OCTOBER 15, 2012,
AT 5:30 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of October, 2012, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed Property
Exchange Agreement with Andrew W. Lusson for the exchange of
land owned by the City of Waterloo on Airline Highway and land
owned by Mr. Lusson on WCF&N Road (Paintball site), and legally
described as follows:
City Property
Parcel "F" of Plat of Survey filed in Doc. No. 2009-
19630, being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section
3, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County, Iowa,.
Lusson Property
That part of the Northeast Quarter (NES) of Section Ten
(10), Township Eighty-nine North (T89N), Range Thirteen
West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows: The
South One-half (S1-�) of the Southwest Quarter (SWC) of
the Southwest Quarter (SWC) of the Southwest (SWC) of
said Northeast Quarter (NES) except the West 105 feet
thereof.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day o October, 2012.
