RESOLUTION NO. 2012-980
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
ASBESTOS REMOVAL FOR 523 DAWSON STREET, 311
ADAMS STREET, 426 ADAMS STREET, AND 425
ALMOND STREET, CONTRACT NO. 141 -AR -10 -22-
12 -NSP.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Development Director of said
City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Asbestos Removal
for 523 Dawson Street, 311 Adams Street, 426 Adams Street, and
425 Almond Street, Contract No. 141 -AR -10 -22 -12 -NSP, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Development Director did file said
plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc.,
in conjunction with the Asbestos Removal for 523 Dawson Street,
311 Adams Street, 426 Adams Street, and 425 Almond Street,
Contract No. 141 -AR -10 -22 -12 -NSP.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans,
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
Asbestos Removal for 523 Dawson Street, 311
Street, and 425 Almond Street, Contract No.
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
preliminarily approved as filed.
