Iowa,does hereby convey to Xcel Electric,LLC,the following described real estate in Black Hawk County,
Iowa:
Northeasterly 110 feet, in even width, of Lot 4, Greenbelt Centre Plat No.
7, City of Waterloo,Iowa
Subject to(a)easements,conditions,and restrictions of record;(b)general
utility and right-of-way easements serving the property and of record; (c)
restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and other applicable law.
Further subject to possibility of reverter of title pursuant to a Development
Agreement executed by and between the parties and dated

This is a deed from a political subdivision that is exempt from transfer tax, declaration of value,
and groundwater hazard statement pursuant to Iowa Code § 428A.1(2)and Iowa Code § 428A.2(6).

real estate against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by,through,or under it,except as may be stated
