RESOLUTION NO. 2012-988
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF FIVE STAR
SNOW TRAILS ASSOCIATION, INC. APPLICATION TO
THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request of Five Star Snow Trails Association, Inc.
application to the Iowa Department of Transportation dated
October 8, 2012, to place signs within State highway right-of-way
to allow the Five Star Snow Trails Association, Inc. to place
snowmobile trail signs on City right-of-way, by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation, Five Star Snow Trails
Association, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October, 2012.
