RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION TO REJECT
THE BID FROM STORY CONSTRUCTION OF AMES, IOWA
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013 BAR SCREEN
HEATER REPLACEMENT PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 839,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $62,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the recommendation to reject the bid from Story
Construction of Ames, Iowa in conjunction with the F.Y. 2013 Bar
Screen Heater Replacement Project, Contract No. 839, in the
amount of $62,000.00, and re -bid the project, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October, 2012.
