Shelter Layout & Equipment Reference -Proposed system will be designed using provided conceptual shelter layout, rack elevations, and power/cooling specifications (Attachments A–C). -System shall be compatible with Owner’s existing Alpha CXPS-E3 and Vertiv Netsure 5100 DC power systems. 2. DC Power System -Supply and install a –48VDC power system with N+1 rectifier redundancy. -Provide a minimum 24-position distribution panel configured to support specified equipment loads. -Install A/B split-bus DC PDU at RR3, with both buses fed from breakers in the distribution panel. -Include an Ethernet/IP controller with remote monitoring, performance data, alarms, and MODBUS support. -Provide all required electrical service from rectifiers to main AC service panel. -Install all required distribution breakers as specified. 3. Equipment Racks & Protection =Supply and install one (1) 23” 45RU 2-post rack (RR1) for power system and batteries. -Fabricate and install Plexiglas guards to protect open DC bus bars and feed cable connections. 4. Inverter & AC Distribution -Provide and install an integrated single-phase 120V AC inverter system 1 34,560.00 34,560.00 Page 2 of 2 with dual NEMA 5-20R outputs sized for specified loads. -Supply and install two (2) power distribution units (PDUs) with multiple NEMA 5-20R outlets, tied to the inverter outputs. 5. Battery Backup System -Supply and install –48V LiFePO4 batteries with N+1 redundancy sized to support full load for 4 hours. Batteries to include: -Individual disconnect breakers. -Battery Management System (BMS) with MODBUS support. -Protocol converter if required for Ethernet/IP integration. -Batteries to be mounted on shelves in RR1. 6. Documentation & Training -Provide two (2) sets of rack elevations, electrical schematics, and O&M manuals for the installed system. -Commission system and provide owner staff training on controls and maintenance. -Disclose all warranties (structure & components). Warranties to be transferred to Owner at final acceptance. 7.
