NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd
day of November 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of
the City of Waterloo. Iowa, to approve
a Site Plan Amendment request by
Xcel Electric, LLC for the construction
of a 5,000 square foot building in the
"B-P" Business Park District located
south of 3211 Titan Trail, legally de-
scribed as follows;
The northeasterly 110 feet, in even
width, of Lot 4, Greenbelt Centre Plat
No.7, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
