SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th
day of October 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of
the City of Waterloo. Iowa: to approve
a Site Plan Amendment request by
Pella Building Systems on behalf of
BKKS Holdings; to construct a stor-
age facility in "M-2,P" Planned Indus-
trial District located east of 155 Warp
Drive, legally described as follows:
Lots 34, 35, 35. 37, 38, and 39 of Wa-
terloo Air and Rail Park 4th Addition,
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
