REZONING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
A public hearing will be held on the 3rd
day of November 2025, at 5:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers In the City
Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to
approve a rezone request by Robson
Homes to rezone approximately 37,07
acres from "R-3" Multiple Residence
District to "R-3, R-P" Planned Multi-
ple Residence District located east of
Omaha Avenue , legally described as
follows:
Prairie Meadow First Addition Amend-
ed Final Plat in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, and Parcel
"D' as filed as instrument number
2024-21474 in the Black Hawk Coun-
ty Recorder's Office, and that part of
the Southerly 33 feet of vacated Mur-
phy Road lying East of Crossroads
Estates Replat No. 1, and lying West
of a Northerlyextension of the East
Ilne of said arcel "D", all located In
the Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, TSSN,
RIM, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Anyone who Is interested may appear
at said time and place and be neard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
