RESOLUTION NO. 2025-594
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH FEHR GRAHAM ENGINEERING AND
ENVIRONMENTAL FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$4,500.00, TO PERFORM LAND SURVEYING WORK AT 360
WESTFIELD AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo requires land surveying services at 360 Westfield
Avenue to support municipal planning and development activities; and
WHEREAS, Fehr Graham Engineering and Environmental offers the specialized
expertise necessary to conduct accurate and reliable land surveys; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached for these services, with costs not to exceed
$4,500.00; and
WHEREAS, these services are crucial for ensuring precise land measurements and
informed decision -making for city projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The City Council hereby approves the Professional Services Agreement with Fehr
Graham Engineering and Environmental, in an amount not to exceed $4,500.00, for land
surveying at 360 Westfield Avenue.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
