BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The zoning ordinance of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, is hereby amended by changing the zoning designation on the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, regarding the following described property: LOTS 34, 35, 36,37, 38,AND 39 OF WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK 4TH ADDITION,CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA. for the purpose of constructing a new storage facility in the "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District located east of 155 Warp Drive. SECTION 2. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Ordinance, the City Council does hereby approve the site plan amendment request by Pella Building Systems On Behalf Of BKKS Holdings, to construct 7 proposed buildings (52,050 in total square footage) to the south of the property and 6 future buildings (42,050 in total square footage) to the north. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final passage, approval, and publication as required by law.
