The Plan may be amended from time to time to respond to future development opportunities. The public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2025, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall in Water- loo, Iowa. Any questions regarding the proposed Plan should be directed to the Planning and Zoning Office at 319-291- 4366.
