RESOLUTION APPROVING FY 2012 COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BY HUMAN RIGHTS
DIRECTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FY 2012 Cooperative Agreement dated September 4, 2012,
in the amount of $34,247.00, for the Fair Housing Assistance
Program, by and between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Human Rights Director authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 2012.
