RESOLUTION NO. 2012-888
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WATER'S EDGE AQUATIC DESIGN,
LLC OF LENEXA, KANSAS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 4, 2012,
in the amount of $13,000.00, plus the cost of reimbursable
expenses not to exceed $200.00, for evaluation services for Gates
Park and Byrnes Park swimming pools, by and between Water's Edge
Aquatic Design, LLC of Lenexa, Kansas and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 2012.
