RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION
OF A STORM WATER DISCHARGE COVERED UNDER IOWA
NPDES GENERAL PERMIT NO. 2 FOR CONSTRUCTION
ACTIVITIES WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Discontinuation of a Storm Water Discharge
covered under Iowa NPDES General Permit No. 2 for Construction
Activities dated September 4, 2012, in conjunction with the F.Y.
2011 Midport Boulevard Extension - Phase II, Contract No. 802, by
and between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 2012.
