I (we) herein declare that the following restrictive covenants shall govern the use of Lot A and Lot B, which restrictions shall run with the land and be binding on the successors, heirs and assigns: 1. That Lot A and Lot B shall not be sold individually or subdivided unless the structure is removed or the lots are platted in a manner that is compliant with the Subdivision Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance. 2. That so long as the owners, successors, heirs or assigns own both Lot A and Lot B, structure may be erected partially on Lot A and partially on Lot B. 3. That this restrictive covenant, as mentioned in Paragraph 1, shall not apply if both Lots A and B are sold as a unified parcel. 4. That these restrictive covenants have been placed on the real property in order to comply with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Waterloo. 5. That none of these restrictive covenants shall be rescinded without the express written consent of the City Planner or his/her authorized designee. These restrict covenants shall be automatically terminated if Lot A and Lot B are platted in a manner that is compliant with the Subdivision Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance.
