RESOLUTION NO. 2012-904
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS
ABATEMENT SERVICES AT 1001 LINDEN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Asbestos
Abatement Services at 1001 Linden Avenue, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. in conjunction with the Asbestos Abatement Services at
1001 Linden Avenue, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2012-875 on August 27, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 10, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Asbestos
Abatement Services at 1001 Linden Avenue, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 2012.
