RESOLUTION NO. 2025-643
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH PRO -WEST & ASSOCIATES, OF
WALKER, MINNESOTA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$5,793.64, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE UTILITY
NETWORK READINESS ASSESSMENT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa seeks to evaluate its GIS and asset management
environment; and
WHEREAS, Pro -West & Associates, of Walker, Minnesota, has proposed to perform a
Utility Network Readiness Assessment; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the scope and fee and recommends approval of a
Professional Services Agreement in an amount not to exceed $5,793.64.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The Professional Services Agreement with Pro -West & Associates for the Utility
Network Readiness Assessment, is hereby approved in an amount not to exceed $5,793.64.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
