The zoning ordinance of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, is hereby amended by changing the zoning designation on the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, regarding the following described property: THE NORTHEASTERLY 110 FEET, IN EVEN WIDTH, OF LOT 4, GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO.7,CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. for the purpose of constructing a new 5,000 square foot building in the "B-P"Business Park District located south of 3211 Titan Trail. SECTION 2.
