BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The zoning ordinance of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, is hereby amended by changing the zoning designation on the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, regarding the following described property: THE NORTHEASTERLY 110 FEET, IN EVEN WIDTH, OF LOT 4, GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO.7,CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. for the purpose of constructing a new 5,000 square foot building in the "B-P"Business Park District located south of 3211 Titan Trail. SECTION 2. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Ordinance, the City Council does hereby approve the site plan amendment request by Xcel Electric LLC, to construct a 5,000 square foot building located south of 3211 Titan Trail. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final passage, approval, and publication as required by law.
