RESOLUTION NO. 2012-906
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO MILLER FENCE CO., INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012
RIVERFRONT SPORTS PARK FENCING PROJECT, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $23,750.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Miller Fence Co., Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $23,750.00, in conjunction with the 2012
Riverfront Sports Park Fencing Project, described in the plans
and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-883 after public hearing on
September 4, 2012 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 2012.
