RESOLUTION NO. 2012-907
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF HUDSON, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right -of -Way Lease Agreement dated September 10, 2012,
for the City of Hudson to place a sanitary sewer force main in
West Shaulis Road right-of-way from Highway 63 to the Hudson city
limits, by and between the City of Hudson, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 2012.
